Workflow Icons and Indicators
The Workflow Workbench displays icons and indicators that provide additional information about a prescription such as where it came from, how the drug is stored, and whether attachments are present. Refer to Table 1 below to review the descriptions for the various Workflow icons and indicators.

prescription has one or more attachments, and they can be viewed by right-clicking this icon and selecting Attachment. |
B | prescription was Batch processed and the TAC/TDU needs to be reviewed before the Batch can complete (only applicable to British Columbia stores). |
N | prescription was rejected by the Narcotic Monitoring System (only applicable to Ontario stores). |
