Cancelling a Survey Sent from Propel Rx
This topic is intended for Independent pharmacies only and is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.
Surveys sent from Propel Rx can be cancelled if they have not been answered by the patient yet (i.e., Status = Send or To Be Answered). Cancelling a survey will not retract an email or text message that was already sent to the patient but it will break the survey link so the patient can't access the survey. This can be done when the survey was sent in error or the consultation or follow-up is no longer required. If a survey has not been answered by a patient within 14 days (for consultations) or 30 days (for follow-ups) of sending, the survey is automatically removed on the survey site and cancelled in Propel Rx. Survey cancellations, whether manual or automatic, are recorded in the Patient Folder History tab for tracking purposes.
