Messages Tile

The Messages tile contains all sent, received, and deleted PrescribeIT® Clinical Communication messages.

The Messages tile contains:

  • All sent, received and deleted PrescribeIT® Clinical Communication messages, if your pharmacy is PrescribeIT®-enabled.

  • Communications sent to your pharmacy from PTS.

To learn more about the Messages tile, select the expander icons More in the image below.

To ensure peak performance, both read and unread messages in the Messages tile will be auto-archived after a certain number of days. See the table below for more information.

All messages will be available for a minimum of 3 months, unless moved into a sub-folder or into the Archive folder.
