What's New in Propel Rx 2.0 SP2
This topic is intended for Independent pharmacies only and is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.
The new Surveys feature in Propel Rx gives your pharmacy a streamlined way to manage patient consultations and follow-ups. Review the highlights below to learn how your pharmacy can make the most of this new feature. For more information, see Surveys Tile.
The Surveys feature is by subscription only and requires activation.
Highlights of the Surveys Feature
We designed the Surveys feature so you can send consultation or follow-up surveys at the most relevant points in your workflow. This includes the new Surveys tile, Workflow Workbench, Patient Profile, and Rx Detail.
Once a survey is sent, your patient receives a secure message, email, or link to complete it. You can also set up an iPad so patients can answer surveys in your pharmacy. Responses are integrated into Propel Rx, allowing you to complete the associated consultation or follow-up directly from the survey data. This also gives you the opportunity to gather relevant information ahead of time, so you can prepare for clinical interactions with a clearer understanding of the patient's needs.
Track outstanding surveys and their statuses using the new Surveys tile on the Workbench. Filter by ailment description or the patient's name to quickly locate a survey.
If a patient lost their survey link, you can easily resend it. If a survey is no longer required, you can cancel or remove it.
Each survey type is designed to ask specific questions about an ailment for accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Once a consultation or follow-up has been completed, the patient's survey responses and your analysis are automatically saved as a clinical note in the Patient Folder.
On the survey site, you can customize survey settings including your pharmacy's information on patient facing documents, copy public links for sharing on your pharmacy's website or social media pages, and review usage statistics.
