What's New in Propel Rx 2.0 HF1
This topic is intended for Independent pharmacies only and is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.
Please see below for the enhancements and fixes included in the Propel Rx 2.0 HF1 release. This release is only applicable to Newfoundland and Labrador stores.
Enhancements
-
The DIS ID now prints on the thermal vial label and official receipt.
-
The speed at which Patient Folders and prescriptions are loaded has been improved.
-
If an Error is returned by the DIS when updating the status of a prescription, a prompt will appear with the option to update the status locally.
-
An All Failed EHR checkbox has been added to the Pick Up/Delivery tile.
-
When this checkbox is selected, all prescriptions that failed to be picked up on the EHR will display regardless of timeframe, in addition to the last 60 days worth of prescriptions waiting for pick up.
-
When this checkbox is not selected, all prescriptions waiting for pick up (including failed pick ups) in the last 60 days will be displayed.
Regardless of the setting for the checkbox, the counter on the Pick Up/Delivery tile will continue to reflect the number of prescriptions waiting for pick up in the last 60 days.

Fixes
-
The DIS ID will now be preceded by an "ID" instead of a "DIS ID" header on the vial label and receipt. This change reduces the risk of truncated dates due to longer DIS IDs.
-
Minor alignment changes have been made to the following labels:
-
Half - the year in the Fill Date should no longer shift to the next line and be truncated on the vial label.
-
Thermal - methadone supplementary information should be contained on one vial label.
-
Daily Laser - the official receipt address line has been moved one line up.
-
-
A null value or object reference error should not appear when requesting an EHR Profile for a patient.
-
An application error should not appear when processing a prescription for a patient that has conditions on their EHR Profile.
