What's New in Propel Rx 1.9 SP1 Postinstall 3
Enhancements

This enhancement does not apply to pharmacies using Real Time Integration (RTI). With RTI, prescriptions are uploaded in real time.
For pharmacies that are not yet using RTI, the existing File Transfer Utility (FTU) for uploading Alberta Netcare Batches has been replaced with a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
The process of uploading Netcare Batches and viewing response files has been simplified. You no longer have to enter your RSA and Alberta Netcare credentials during upload. Any necessary keys and login credentials will be stored in your pharmacy's database instead. Netcare response files will be automatically downloaded and viewable the next day in the same location as before.
When a Netcare response file is opened, the window will appear blank. Print the response file to view it. This will be addressed in a future release.
For more information, see Uploading a Netcare Batch.

If the Refer section of a Minor Ailment service is completed in RxConsultAction, the PFS prescription written back to Propel Rx should now auto-populate with a Special Service Code (SSC) of "4 - Referral by Pharmacist."
If a Minor Ailment service is indicated as remote in RxConsultAction, the PFS prescription written back to Propel Rx should now auto-populate with a Qty of 2.

The prompt that appears when a pack size is removed has been updated to include the current On Hand value for the pack size. This prompt should appear regardless if the pack size has prescription history or pending Shipments. Selecting Yes will remove the On Hand value while No will abandon the action.
Adjustments to the On Hand due to pack size removals should continue to be logged in the Drug Folder History tab. Going forward, pack size removals will also be logged in the Shipment Adjustment Details window with a reason of "Reset Inventory."
Fixes

-
After upgrading to Propel Rx 1.9 SP1, any new Authorizations created due to a Price Code or decimal quantity conversion (if upgrading from PharmaClik Rx) will be linked to the images attached to the previous Authorization in the same chain.

-
We corrected an issue where the Auto Refill Due Date wasn't recalculating after the Auto Refill prescription was sold.

-
We corrected an issue that was causing Adaptation or Extension forms to print or attach as blank forms when the Adaptation or Extension was performed on an Auto Refill prescription that was subsequently placed on Hold.

-
We corrected an issue that was causing the On Hand to be retained when a pack size with no prescription history or pending Shipments was removed.

-
The Help window in the Patient Folder Third Party tab has been updated for Medavie Blue Cross to reflect that the Carrier ID may not always be AT.

-
We corrected an issue that was causing an error to appear when a prescription with 0 repeats remaining was Refilled, and an Authorization Request was generated while it had an Incomplete status.

-
The printer set for the Mixture Breakdown Report in System settings should now be respected whether the report is printed automatically (i.e., after prescription Fill or Package) or manually.
