Enhancements

When patient consent for off-site retail packaging is updated in the Patient Folder Programs tab, a record will now be added to the Patient Folder History tab with the following details:

  • Entered - date and time that the change occurred

  • User - user who performed the change

  • Event - "Patient Consent"

  • Activity - "Offsite Retail Packager"

  • Comments - before and after values

Fixes

  • The loading speed of the Order Pad has been improved.

  • A PrescribeIT® authorization request response should now be linked to the correct prescription if:

    • The pharmacy upgraded to a new version of PrescribeIT® since sending the authorization request.

    • The authorization request was created in Rx Detail prior to Fill.

  • In British Columbia, the Dialogue flag for diem health prescriptions should no longer be defaulted to OFF.
