Setting Up Report Defaults

Frequently used Extended Criteria and Sort Options can be saved for reports.

To save default settings for a report:

  1. Open Propel Rx Reports.

  2. Double click on the applicable report or highlight it and select Next.

  3. Select the Extended Criteria and Sort Options that you want this report to retain.

  4. Select Set Defaults. A checkmark will appear beside the Set Defaults to confirm that the settings have been saved.

    Settings in the Basic Criteria cannot be saved.

To remove default settings for a report:

  1. Open Propel Rx Reports.

  2. Double click on the applicable report or highlight it and select Next.

  3. Select Reset Defaults. The checkmark beside Set Defaults will be removed to indicate that the settings have be reset.
