Generating Reports for a Report Group

Report groups allow you to run reports for a predefined group of records. This feature is useful when:

• You regularly generate the same reports for specific patients, prescribers, or drugs and mixtures.

• You want to compare results across different report groups.

• You need to run reports for multiple report groups at once.

Several reports support report groups. For a complete list, select the dropdown below.

To generate a report for one or more report groups:

1. From Propel Rx Reports, open the report you want to generate.

2. From the Report Groups dropdown, select one or more report groups. Only report groups that are relevant to the report and are active will be available for selection. For example, Patient List and New Patient List reports will only display report groups with a type of Patient.

   If you selected more than one report group, the Report Groups field will display "MULTI."

3. Enter any additional information required for the report. The report will include data from all selected report groups that meet the criteria you specified for the generation.

4. Select Print or Preview.

   The selected report group(s) appear at the top right of the report.
