Manual Adjustments Report

The Manual Adjustments report lists all manual adjustments that occurred during the report period. In addition to listing all manual adjustments, the report can be generated for a specific drug, supplier, and/or reason.

The report is sorted by date (oldest date to most recent) and within each date, the drugs are listed alphabetically by name.

  • Start Date and End Date - generates the report for all manual adjustments that occurred in the specified date range.

  • Drug - generates the report for the specified drug. Only one drug can be entered.

  • Supplier - generates the report for drugs from the specified supplier.

  • Reason - generates the report for all manual adjustments that used the specified reason. If a reason is not selected, the report will include all adjustments that occurred during the period.

  • Report Group - generates the report for the selected report group(s). Only drug-type and mixture-type report groups are available for selection. If more than one is selected, drugs or mixtures that belong to at least one of the report groups and meet the other selected criteria will display on the report.

  • Display Drug Name As - determines how the drug name appears on the report. Options include:

    • G - Generic

    • T - Trade
