Failed Clinical Communication Messages
Failed messages can be viewed and actioned in the Sent folder in the Messages tile. These communications are identified by a failed icon .
To view and action failed messages:

In the Messages tile, select Sent.

Select the failed message.

Select Detail.

The Mail window opens, displaying the message details.
When detailed, a prompt displays the reason why the message failed.
Depending on the prompt:

The issue can be rectified and the message resent.

The message can be cancelled and the prescriber should be contacted via phone or fax.

If you are unable to rectify and resent the message, an IT ticket can be submitted for detailed or specific errors.
