diem health Patient Information Update

This topic is part of the diem health section that is intended for independent pharmacies only. This topic is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.

When a patient updates their demographic information through the diem health app, you will receive a notification about these updates when opening the Patient Folder.

When the notification is opened, you will receive a prompt that allows you to choose which action you want to take:

  • Defer - hides the notification for the next 15 or 30 days, depending on the diem health Adherence Preferences set. For more information, see Defer System Tray Prompting

  • Close - closes the notification permanently. Patients should be contacted to confirm the change in information.
