History Tab

The History tab displays a list of completed medication reviews for a patient. The date, time, pharmacist's initials, and review type are displayed for each medication review. This is the default tab that opens when the Med Review button is selected in the Patient Folder Clinical tab.

To view medication review forms:

1. Select the medication review type under the Activity column. The form opens in a PDF format.

2. Select File > Print if you want to print the forms.
