Cancelling Prescriptions for Propel POS Products

This topic is intended for Independent pharmacies only and is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.

When a Propel POS Product prescription is cancelled, Propel Rx keeps the transferred inventory amount. The inventory amount is NOT returned to the front shop. You must physically remove the product from the front shop to maintain accurate inventory in both the front shop and dispensary.

If a prescription is not picked up, cancel the prescription in Propel Rx. Since the product is monitored in Propel Rx inventory, cancelling the prescription returns the On Hand to Propel Rx inventory - it does not return the amount to Propel POS.

If used in your pharmacy, place a RX INV sticker on the product and store the product in pharmacy inventory stock.
