Pharmacist Comments in List Maintenance

The Pharmacist Comments list contains a list of comments you can select for a Medication Review, Adaptation, or Dialogue.

Adding a Pharmacist Comment

To add a pharmacist comment to the list:

1. Select More (...) > List Maint.

2. From the dropdown menu, select or enter Pharmacist Comments.

3. Select Add. A new row is added.

4. Update the following fields:

   • Code - provide a unique code.

   • Description - provide an appropriate description.

5. Select one or more of the following checkboxes for the module you would like the comment to appear:

   • Med Review - appear in the Medication Review and Dialogue module

   • Adaptation - appear in the Adaptation window

6. Select OK.

Removing a Pharmacist Comment

To remove a pharmacist comment from the list:

1. Select More (...) > List Maint.

2. From the dropdown menu, select or enter Pharmacist Comments.

3. Highlight the row you want to remove.

4. Select Remove.

5. Select OK.
