Passtimes for Non-Retail Packagers

When Passtimes are entered for a non-retail packager prescription, Propel Rx automatically converts the Passtimes to Admin Times in the file transmitted to the non-retail packager.

• Breakfast is converted to 08:00

• Noon is converted to 12:00

• Evening is converted to 17:00

• Bedtime is converted to 21:00

On Compliance reports (Compliance Blister Packaging, Compliance Dosett Grid, and Compliance Preparation Log), a conversion also occurs if Admin Times are entered in lieu of Passtimes for a prescription. The default mapping on Compliance reports is based on the conversion outlined above, however, you can customize the mapping if needed using the Map AdminTimes preference. If your non-retail packager uses a different mapping than what's defaulted in Propel Rx, you can customize the mapping in Propel Rx using the Map AdminTimes preference so your Compliance reports match the Compliance packages prepared by the packager.
