Prescriber Tab

The Prescriber tab contains contact and preferred Prescriber Notification form method information about the primary provider associated to the patient. Secondary prescribers can be added to this tab.

The following can be done in the Prescriber tab:

• Faxing or Printing the Prescriber Notification Form
