Start and Stop Date

• Start Date - indicates the date that the patient starts the medication, not the date they start the current prescription. This acts as an anchor date for alternate day prescriptions.
• Stop Date - indicates the last day the medication should be present in the patient's compliance pack. Usually this is left blank.
